Daily rental is based on eight (8) hours, which is inclusive of set up and take down time. Additional time, if needed, can be arranged and is subject to additional fees. You have the option of choosing 1/2 day (4 hours) rental or hourly rental. A signed contract and date-hold deposit in the amount of 1/2 your total rental must be received to reserve your date(s) and time(s).

** If early open or late close (outside of 8am-5pm) are requested, an additional $50 fee is required.
Additional Rental Information
The balance of your space rental fee is due the day of your event.
Any additional costs that arise will be due within two (2) days of your event start date.
Payments should be made using a major credit card.
No refunds of the space rental fees will be given 7 days prior to the event.
